I have an outlook 2003 client that gets the above error when pressing send/receive.<br />

This seems to be related to the Outlook address book, no other clients get this message so I assume there is something amiss with the laptop itself.<br />
<br />
This is a new install of Office 2003 and the user has just joined the company so it is a new profile. Can anyone help? (or should I try and get a newer copy of office?)
