I would not really recommend to mug up these questions and appear for exam. Sometimes these questions may suffice to make you clear exam but not always and moreover that should not be the intent. It's better you use these questions as practice sets, prepare the topics around these questions and then go for certification exam. This way actually you could give yourself a value add by augmenting your skills and not only clearing the certification.
