Is there any way (in Visual Basic 2010) to easily ensure that your program will look the same on all resolutions?  (I have a program that looks correct on 1024x768, but then is off on other resolution.)

The problem is due to having different resolutions on multiple computers, and I was wondering if there is any standard way to have the program auto format to fit any resolution (without having to have a bunch of code to detect the current resolution size.)  Any help is appreciated.  Thank you.
