SBS 2011 & SharePoint on Remote Workspace

Is there a way to disable specific users from viewing "Shared Folders" when accessing the Remote Workspace?  These users normally have access to these shares when in the office, but they should not be allowed remote access to this data.  I can see I can remove Email, Internal Web Sites, and even RDP to Computers, but I can't see where I can disable Shared Folders for specific users.  I believe I can do so on a global scale, but then no one will be able to access shared folders.  Please let me know if this is possible, and where to set this up if its even possible.  Thank you.
