I have a sbs2003 64-bit recently migrated to sbs2011 with exchange 2010, CRM is still being hosted from sbs2003.<br />
<br />
CRM email router incoming profile configuration keeps throwing up the same error when testing user access???<br />
<br />
<b>Status: Failure - The request failed with an empty response.</b><br />
<br />
The profile is setup using windows authentication, the exchange web services URL resolves as it should with the certified certificate and I have tried using all manners of credentials, but I still end up with the same error.<br />

Is there somewhere else I should be looking??
