help with ptr record

I received the following reply from ATT below.  what do i set this up as. a cname, a record, or mx record?

Now, APlus, will need to add the following zone EXACTLY as follows:

80/28.228.108.12.in-addr.arpa.

to the primary server. They may then go into that zone file and add the necessary reverse PTR record.

80/28.228.108.12.in-addr.arpa is the name of the zone that needs to be created on the nameservers that AT&T delegated that subnet to.
The authoritative nameservers for that subnet are
80/28.228.108.12.in-addr.arpa. 172800 IN NS ns2.aplus.net.
80/28.228.108.12.in-addr.arpa. 172800 IN NS ns1.aplus.net.
