BSOD - screen cap attached


No idea what this is ...........

It boots to windows most times but BSODs now and again.

New Hdd installed - ops cloned.

Is this XP or Vista?
Is this a Desktop or Notebook?

If a Notebook, Is this a Lenovo system?
As suggested by rindi please attach the Minidumps from C:\Windows\Minidump directory.

From what I can tell this error seems to be from an incompatibility  between the way the BIOS handles AHCI and some SATA drives.  One solution I saw is to go into the BIOS and set the drives to compatibility mode rather than AHCI or SATA mode and do a repair install of XP.

Updated BIOS as well.
So far so good, Im trying to stress the PC to see if it will bomb again.
was ther e no Intel Application Accelerator or Intel Matrix Storage Manager driver ?
that can help also
