I've been trying to find a formula to add (or count) the number of rows that meet the following criteria- &nbsp;Count the row only if column 'Country' value equals &quot;USA&quot; &amp;&nbsp;column 'License' value in that row equals &quot;Full&quot;. &nbsp;Example below: <br />

The answer for this should simply be 4 (Joe, Greg, Frank, Sandy). Thanks for the help.
