Adding one Domain Certificate to another computer/server

We have multiple domains (different businesses, different states, no relation to one another)
The accounting group is DomainA, they do work for all the businesses

I just established DomainB, 2008R2, Exchn 2010, etc, I am from DomainA

I set DomainA up to be a pop server, because you can't attach to two exchange servers with Outlook2010, I then went into the pop3 connector in SBS 2011, added the credentials and tried pulling over my email, it didn't work

I loaded same credentials into Outlook 2010, and a certficate warning popped up, I accepted and emailed flowed, so figured that was the issue, I brought over the certificate from DomainA to worked, but then it messed up everything, I removed the certificate and everything went back to normal

End result: I just left it on my outlook and pulled email to there.

Now a couple months have passed....DomainA wants to have a DomainB email, wants the new email to be a group and delivered to DomainA 4 users...

This is what I have done...

Created, setup DomainB to be a pop server.
At DomainA I created an ACCT group for the 4 users
Went to the pop3 connector, put in the credentials, set it to the group

Having the certificate issue again, anyone know of a simpler solution, maybe a different angle, or the solution to my problem...

Thanks for your assistance in advance
