Shortcut on terminal server desktop

We have a terminal server that we want to put a shortcut to a folder or map drive on each desktop without having to manually go into each profile.  Can this be done in group policy?  If so how.  I can map a drive to the shared folder but cannot figure out how to create a shortcut to the map drive and place that shortcut on the desktop when they login. If you want identical shortcuts to appear on all users' desktops, then the easiest way would be to place the shortcut in the All Users desktop folder (typically, C:\Documents and settings\All users\Desktop).
