When you say that the server is dead now, has it been switched off or did it crash?<br />

Have you already installed Exchange 2010, because then most of the settings would be imported from AD. As for mail accounts etc. you would need to have your Exchange 2003 server running to do this.

Once the new database created, you can import the datas to Exchange 2010
