I am experiencing an issue with the Windows 7 user profile that didn't exisit for me with Win XP<br />

I adopt full roaming profiles to a share on a dedicated fileserver. The issue im having is that the Outlook OST althought located in C:\Users\&lt;username&gt;\AppDat<wbr />a\Local\Mi<wbr />crosoft\Ou<wbr />tlook seems to want to roam at login and logoff whereass in XP the OST would stay local.<br />

Some of my users OST files are 10GB+ and this is causing considerable delay during logon/off process normally resulting in profile copy errors? <br />
<br />
I cant seem to find a way to sort it so any help appreciated.<br />
