I followed the best I could understand. However, the Gaussian Blur continued past the &quot;mask&quot;. I followed the example of creating anchor points on license plates, delete anchor points when license plate off screen. But, I still had the Gaussian Blur in unwanted areas. At the bottom of the Pan/Crop FX where the &quot;key frames&quot; and timeline is shown, I noticed Key Frame symbols at the places along the time line when my license plate should have the &quot;mask&quot;. Simply stated, the Mask goes away but the blur is still on the video.<br />

This is Vegas Pro 11. Haven't a clue how to make this work.<br />
