issue with 2003 server getting network link down

Our client has two 2003 sp2 TS that keep hanging up and then need to be rebooted from time to time. The event viewer shows the following error message:

I have downloaded the latest driver for the nic but the issue keeps happening. The server seems to get sluggish also at times. As I mentioned, this is happening on two TS.
