troubleshooting Question

New Exchange users cannot sync up within Outlook.

Hello,

I have Exchange 2007 and Server 2008 DC. All me users are able to log on to their AD desktops, however whenever I create a new user within Exchange server and try to setup the new users Outlook account it doesn't authenticate therefore cannot contact Exchange server. All existing user's Outlook is working, but any new Exchange accounts do not. I'm not sure why this is happening and how I can manually sync Exchange with AD if that's what needs to be done.
