Thank you, I will make the changes in zones. Yes, their support desk stated that their product has reached it's end-of-life and can not help me trouble shoot it. As it turns out the reason why I am getting the &quot;desktop&quot; and not the repartee is that the files it needs to run are corrupt. Ahhh well.

Nevermind, we are just going to get a New NEC or upgrade our Mitel and they are throwing in a VM system. Thanks for the tips though

We have a repartee OS/2 voice mail system. There was a problem with the voice mail and I restarted the server. Everything (hardware and databases)load fine and brings me to the &quot;desktop&quot;. Here is my question, how do I start the voice mail application?? I can't believe OS/2 machines are still around LOL! I have the login info but I don't know what to type at the prompt or what to click on (yes, Ive looked around). Any help would be great!
