Well, if you tell me your address, I can locate through your county website, the GIG information which is public. It will tell me the name of the owner (you), the tax value of the property, and what you paid for it when you bought it.
In this case, I have no address for the person I'm looking for, just city and full name. I got an address and phone number from their local library but it is the wrong person, so they must have only a cell phone and not a home phone.
I asked this type question many years go, and the websites they gave on that thread led me to an address, when all I have was the name.

I checked my old thread from around 2007 and the search tools shown on that thread did not give me any results.

Some public/university libraries have their city directory on-line - mine does. Try googling the name + city directory, this usually finds the person. I also found one of my phone numbers that was listed. Unlisted cell phones you will probably have to pay up front.

It does list the exact name below the two names which are not the right one, and references three other sites which are pay sites: peoplesmart dot com, my life dot com and archives dot com.
spokeo dot com gives the name of the street of one person but not the house number. This person was a relative of the specific person I looked for. The names are related, but searching for the one name I was looking for, it finds none by that name and middle initial. It does not give phone numbers or addresses and leads to a pay site.
