not enough storage is available to process this command ... ACT Sage 2012

I recently had to reinstall ACT Sage 2012 and now each time I log in to the database I keep getting the following error message "not enough storage is available to process this command".

I have done everything I could possible find on the internet, from ...
1) Deleting Preferences
2) Reindexing database
3) Changing the Act for Windows Folder so it recreates it
4) Changing the IRStackSize
5) To uninstalling and reinstalling ACT

Nothing works.  Each and every time I login, I get the same error message.
I am running a high desktop PC with the CPU being the i500 3.10Ghz, 8GB Ram, 2 HDD of 2 terabytes.  This is a new computer only 2 weeks old and I just can't seem to understand what is going on.

Everything was working well before.  ZoneAlarm found a Trojan, treated it, then I restarted the computer and all hell broke loose.

Please help.

Is the database local or network?
Can you open the demo database?

It is a local database.  The database is a Remote Database from the Main Database.
When I tried to access the demo, I received the following error message "Exception of Type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
Are you running TopLine?

As I have never heard of TopLine, I guess I wouldn't be.  ACT is running solely as ACT.
TopLine is an addon for ACT! ... it's been the cause when I've seen that error in the past

Are you running any other plugins or addons?

Nope, no other plugins.  As I mentioned before Act is running solely as ACT.  This problem did not happen before.  It only occured when I had to reinstall ACT as mentioned in the very beginning.

I tried it and unfortunately it failed.  The only different thing I did was because I have ACT 2012 I used the uninstaller for ACT 2012 http://kb.sagesoftwareonline.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/27963/session/L2F2LzEvdGltZS8xMzIyMDQ5MDQxL3NpZC9FX2k1dlFKaw%3D%3D

Everything looked find and great.  Opened up the database, logged in and no error message.  The moment it started, the error messages arose again.  The same errors as before.
The Uninstaller link I gave has a downloadable exe at the bottom ... that's the one I meant for you to try

I tried it, still same problem.  What's next.
Can you post and specific errors from the Windows Event Log on it?

Thanks for your help GL Computing.  I finally had enough and re-formatted the computer and all worked.  The SQL password was corrupted.

Unfortunately, the system has to be reformatted.  The problem was the SQL password somehow became corrupted and this was causing the error.  The uninstaller did fix ACT, but it could not repair the SQL.  You have to manually uninstall SQL and re-install for some luck.
