Joomla Site accessing error

Hi All,

I have designed a site in joomla and uploaded to my web host space. it is uploaded successfully. connected successfully with the data base with out any error but when i brows there is this error appears

. Fatal error: Call to a member function route() on a non-object in /services/webpages/util/2/9/29k3u0stp.site.aplus.net/rasatech.af/public/index.php on line 37

can you please assist, here it goes 500 point for you.

Joomla Version?

Php Version?

Sql Version ?


And check whether  Register Globals is  enabled! on your host.

Enable following settings in your joomla configuration..

 Global Config - GZip Compression : Yes

Global Config - Cache Settings : 30 mins

 Plugin Manager - System-Cache : Enable it

Then Check whether Performance increases.

thanks for the usefull info, this is better now, but now when i want to update my pages online then this message appears.

Save failed with the following error: Access denied for user '29k3u0stps239854'@'%' to database 'rasatechaf_29k3u0stps239854' SQL=LOCK TABLES `iq2rf_assets` WRITE

Hi

Go to PhpMYadmin and Select database got to Privileges then select user and assign ALL privileges.

hi,

i tried to do that but unfortunately i was not able to find the Priviliges button, then i contacted  the service provider and they are saying that we do not provide support for joomla third parties, i do not know what do to do, what you will suggest to us. this is a real problem that we have

Do You use Cpanel to manage hosting account ??or which control panel do you use for hosting account?

i do not use cpanel , i have hosted my website with aplus.net and they use this control panel

hmm..Granting  all Privileges to  database will solve problem.So check whether you have options to grant privileges in your Database options in your control panel.
