windows 7 can't see other network copmputers

I have a new install of Windows 7 Pro. The machine was added to a domain, but it only see's three other domain computers, but not the rest. I have Windows 7 Pro installed on my PC and can see all computers, and servers, on my domain.  Any ideas?

ii have the issue before , just go to network and sharing center -> change advance sharing settings -> check if network discovery on ... then back to Local Area Connection or whatever active connection then properties then untick IPv6 , before reboot , go to control panel then folder options -> view , restore defaults ...
go to c:\windows\system32\drivers\etc , then open the hosts in notepad , and delete the line in bottom :
::1
apply restart your machine ..

all will work fine
