BES User "Will Not Start"

I have a user that simply will not activate on our BES Server. In the event logs I see:

Event Type:      Warning
Event Source:      BlackBerry Messaging Agent UTIL2KBES1 Agent 1
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      20400
Date:            12/2/2011
Time:            3:41:05 PM
User:            N/A

I also see an error that says Failed to remove BlackBerry configuration folder when I try to delete the user and re-add.

Ensure BESAdmin has the proper security rights on their account. Check the users security tab in Active Directory Users and Computers. (If you don't see the tab, go to View, Advanced) Under advanced make sure they are set to inherit permissions. Normally users inherit their settings. So if they aren't set that way, double check there is no good reason they are not inheriting before you change anything.
This is simply cause the Service Account 'Besadmin' doesnot have the proper rights on the user account.

Firstly set the rights on user account, then remove user from BES select option to remove information from Exchange while deleting user and then add the user back.
We ended up having to upgrade to Bes 5.03, as the 4. is not Exchange 2010 compatible. Thank you for the attempts.
