Windows Server 2008 R2 Foundation Server Devices and Printers "Needs Troubleshooting"

I am looking at my devices and printers on my server and the server itself has a yellow triangle with an exclamation point in it and also my attached WD hard drive (which is the bare metal backup) also has the exclamation point and it says Status:Needs Troubleshooting). What does that mean exactly?

More information might be helpful....

How big is the USB drive?  How big is the total of the drives to be backed up?

In "Computer", do all local and the USB drive appear?

Server 2008 normally does not assign a drive letter to disks used for backup, so the next question is:

In Disk Managment, do all local and USB drives appear?

Are backups sucessful.... can you run a manual backup?

How big is the USB drive?
1.8 TB

How big is the total of the drives to be backed up?
<200GB

Not this backup drive because it is being used by the bare metal backup built into Server 2008 and it doesn't assign a drive letter. As you say below.

In disk management it does  show up.
I'll attach a screenshot.

Backups are almost all successful. They do fail occasionally

I think it's a driver thing. I've attached screenshots after going to properties>hardware on each of the devices.

I think it's these drivers that make this exclamation mark come up. Everything seems to be working normally so I'm not concerned.
