Terminal Server 2003 - Terminal server user profile / TS roaming profiles

Hi,

We have Windows 2003 TS which is using NLB. Basically 2 servers that are load balanced with WNLB.

We would like to have the user profiles located on a remote file server instead of having them locally on each one of the servers.

Could someone help us out to configure this out?

Thank you.

Ok..
        got ur prolum..........
go to mycomputer properties and then select users activate the terminal service on each and every user....

its perfectly works...
You can do two things but i would suggest this as its best practice

Create an Organization Unit called "Remote Profile" under the primary OU

Create a GPO and set below as required

Local Computer Policy/Computer Configuration/Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Terminal Services

Double-click the Set path for TS Roaming Profiles setting, and then click Enabled.

In the Profile path box, type the path for Terminal Services roaming profiles, and then click OK.

Ensure correct path is specified in AUDC

In addition to Krisdeep guide points, it is very important to enable the loopback setting.

Yes the loopback policy is located at

Administrative Templates--> System--> Group Policy, --> enable the Loopback Policy option.

I assume it would be enabled for terminal servers
