Windows 2003 server restarting automatically

Hi,
I installed the windows 2003 server enterprise edition, installed and configured active directory, DNS and then i installed the PCtools Spyware doctor with Antivirus, and trying to configure the DHCP then my server started to restart itself, satying that NTAutority has initiated for the shutdown, its happening again and again, so i did a search in google finally i understood that its a virus. What can I do to go further? I am copying the setup file of PCtools from another system, this is the only thing that i copied to the server from outside.
Thanks in advance.

Sounds like Conficker.  Once it's on a PC inside your network it is very aggressive and can infect unpatched PCs instantly.  It has a tendency to crash the server service of unpatched systems, thereby causing the system to reboot.

check your OS FIRST then if no virus found maybe its a hardware problem

what is the solution for the problem you told -tjs?

Commented:
1) uninstall pc tools reboot server
2) on run prompt sfc /scannow replace the modified files ( keep windows 2003 CD handy )
3) reboot the server and post the results
