The Domain Admin Cannot Enter serial no For Exchange 2010

I have Exchange 2010 SP1 installed with Exchange 2003 when I'm going to enter the product key for Exchange 2010 this error appear.

This looks like a protected user issue - open the domain usr account in AD and tick "allow inheritable permissions" on the security tab, then retry to enter the code :)

Open User Account in AD. Edit Advanced Security settings and check Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent

Open Active Directory Users and Computers with domain administrative rights.
Choose View, and check Advanced Features

Locate the user in Active Directory, right click and choose Properties
Go to the tab Security and uncheck and recheck the Include
inheritable permissions from this object’s parent option.

This will re-apply the permissions
Above actions should be sufficient to create or move the mailbox.
