Yes... Oracle Enterprise Manager, whether it is grid control (separately licensed) or DBconsole (included in your DBMS license). It has a web based GUI and does much more than Backup and Recovery. Read all about it in docs.oracle.com

I installed oracle free without any licensed
DBconsole is delivered with Oracle and can be used together with the database. If you have installed Oracle without the license and you are going to use it for commercial purposes you are breaching the law.

- which version that you download? if oracle xe edition, there is an Oracle gui tool on the startmenu and from there access the backup and restore menu. further in the link:

- if you are installing standard/enteprise version, the earlier expert point you to use dbconsole and oracle grid. you can find it in the official doc:
http://www.oracle.com/pls/db102/portal.portal_db?selected=4
http://docs.oracle.com/cd/B19306_01/server.102/b14220/backrec.htm

- other tool that you can look into is symantec backup exec:

Your original question is one thing, licensing issues are another thing. The former, I've already answered on the very first post (Google for "oracle dbconsole backup" if you are still not convinced).

The latter: check for the latest version of Oracle's license right where you downloaded the installer. Last time I checked, you could freely use any DBMS version and flavour for self instruction and prototyping. Anything that gets you money or involves a production environment requires a license.

- rman itself is a tool and its free.
- there is also simpleback, a GUI tool that works with rman. i'm not using/test it before so you need to explore this: http://oracleblog.multiply.com/journal/item/47?&show_interstitial=1&u=%2Fjournal%2Fitem

- as mention by earlier expert, use Oracle's dbconsole GUI to backup:
