the Printer can print the files containing the texts of any color without any problems but when you print a Word or Excel or PDF contains text without color means black and white only, the printer pulls the paper white without printing.

Change the Black ink Cartridge or Toner. If the Printer has cleaning or diagnostic functions run those.

if it's an inkjet, and you have been using non-original inks, you may find the black ink nozzles have been blocked by the particulate matter in the ink. If the head is integral to the printing system (ie not user replaceable) and you have run the printer through a few deep clean cycles in the maintenance window, and it still doesn't print, IMO I'd suggest junking it & getting a new one. (this is because it will cost more to replace a print head than buying a new one)

First make sure you have properly prepared the new toner cartridge. Maybe you forgot to remove the seal from it?

Then check the site below which shows you how to do maintenance on it:

http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/Document.jsp?lang=en&cc=us&taskId=125&prodSeriesId=375773&prodTypeId=18972&prodSeriesId=375773&objectID=bpl11699

Also check the Link below for control panel settings:

Also, as I pointed out earlier, run the printer's diagnostics. You should be able to do that via the printer's panel. If it prints properly that way it could be a driver issue and you should check for new printer drivers and also check for firmware upgrades. Check the Printer's manual:
