Oracle Commands

I tried to create the Oracle Practice, but the document said I have to run the following commands in Linux but I installed Oracle database in Windows XP.
How to do the following commands in Windows XP?

rman target / nocatalog<<EOF
backup tablespace tbsbc;
EOF

dd of=$ORACLE_BASE/oradata/orcl/tbsbc12.dbf bs=8192 conv=notrunc seek=12 << EOF
CORRUPT corrupt CORRUPT corrupt CORRUPT corrupt CORRUPT corrupt CORRUPT corrupt
EOF

dd of=$ORACLE_BASE/oradata/orcl/tbsbc12.dbf bs=8192 conv=notrunc seek=20 << EOF
CORRUPT corrupt CORRUPT corrupt CORRUPT corrupt CORRUPT corrupt CORRUPT corrupt
EOF

dd of=$ORACLE_BASE/oradata/orcl/tbsbc12.dbf bs=8192 conv=notrunc seek=28 << EOF
