Start up errors can be fond in the <server-name>.err file located in the mysql data directory (something like C:\Program Files\mysql\data\myserver.err). Please post the error messages generated from you last start attempt (from the bottom of the error log)

Well, i took a look to the error log and i figure out there is a problem with innodb engine (dont know why); since i only need MyIsam tables, i reinstalled mysql with only myIsam and it worked!

Any way this is the error log lines with the error:

InnoDB: Error: log file .\ib_logfile0 is of different size 0 5242880 bytes
InnoDB: than specified in the .cnf file 0 56623104 bytes!
111204  8:48:38 Default storage engine (InnoDB) is not available
111204  8:48:38 Aborting

111204  8:48:38 [Note] C:\Program Files (x86)\MySQL\MySQL Server 5.0\bin\mysqld-nt: Shutdown complete

Glad you got it to work.

For the issue with innodb logs, you could of resolve it just by deleting the ib_logfile* in the mysql data directory
