A. The virtual page number can be any number from 0 to 2^10, so you can form 1024 pages
B. The offset within each page identifies each of its bytes, from 0 to 2^6, so each page is 64 bytes long

Essentially you have this (each letter is a bit, 10 for the Page and then 6 for the Offset):
