Debugging an Asp.Net application give me this error

Hi,
I'm getting this weird error while debugging an application using the vs development server.
Can any one help please?

You have this this dll reference('Microsoft.ApplicationBlocks.Security) in your project and it physically available at the location ?

Is there a way to bypass this block? Any Configuration or hack that can allow me to debug this application?

You can't bypass this.

 Enterprise Library Application blocks are freely available to download. You can't use them in your projects
