We are setting up a mailbox for tracking knowledge in a specific area, i.e. staff drop comments into the email address which is open to several users.
Can this access be granted as READ ONLY for other users? i.e. just like adding a Full Access to mailbox and allowing users to add the comment mailbox to their Exchange account settings - Outlook open common mailbox when Outlook is start?
We are using Exchange 2007, Outlook 2003/7/10.
