iTunes 10.5.1 cannot work with MAC Lion 10.7 (11A390)

Dear All,

I have this error message when I try to upgrade iTunes to 10.5.1 on a fresh MAC OS Lion by using software update.

I know it's not the same iTunes version but you could try the following :

Create new admin account, update itunes there then switch back to regular user

Seems I missed your response.

I've checked a bit further and it seems that it is the build that gives the error.
You have build 11A390 which was the Lion Beta


If you have purchased Lion you should erase your hard drive and then reinstall
