V-79-57344-38260 - Unable to create a snapshot of the virtual machine. The virtual machine may be too busy to quiesce to take the snapshot

hi all. I have the following weird problem. I use Backupexec 2010 R3, for backing up VM's on a vSphere 4.1 environment with a HP P4000SAN (Lefthand). I created a backup job, and a selection list which makes a selection of a couple of VM's through vCenter Server. Within the job properties, I disabled GRT within the VMware tab....
Some VM's have iSCSI volumes, eg SQL servers have Data volumes which are iSCSI volumes. Thos databases and data are backed up with another job.

Now the job for the backup VM's is failing all the time with the following errors:

V-79-57344-38260 - Unable to create a snapshot of the virtual machine. The virtual machine may be too busy to quiesce to take the snapshot.

If I look at the server which this errormessage is concerned, it points to the physical backupExec server.

Another error is: Backup job fails with Error: 0xa00084d9 - There was an error processing the on disk catalogs.

I cannot find this error within Symantec Support.

Anyone have any idea?

create individual vm jobs and identify which vm is causing the issue.

It is also important to note that there needs to be enough free space on the luns or  the vmstores to allow snaphots to be taken. refer to the vmware best practices guide for a minimum amount of free space that needs to be available per vmstore for performance.
