Service@xyc.com does not work

Dear expertys, i am having trouble setting up this email "service@xyz.com" account with exchange 2003.

When I send a test I get this:
Technical details of permanent failure:
Google tried to deliver your message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain. We recommend contacting the other email provider for further information about the cause of this error. The error that the other server returned was: 550 550 5.1.1 <service@xyz.com>: Recipient address rejected: User unknown (state 14).

I created the user account and gave it the email address. Still not working. I do this all the time with the new users but this is not working. Help....

I need to add an inbox to someone receiving emails to service@xyz.com.
