No computer account in Active Directory has 'ServicePrincipalName' set to 'SMTPSVC

A few users are complaining that emails are not being recieved - the emails appear in the SPAM filter logs and show as bounced (within the limits in terms of size etc)
Using the troubleshooter assistant - i searched against a external email sending to a internal email address and the possible root caused showed as below:


No computer account in Active Directory has 'ServicePrincipalName' set to 'SMTPSVC

We only have one domain within our forest so is this anything to worry about?

You are receiving mail from external companies. It is just some mail ends up in spam folders etc
so you should not be worry about this message,it is not root cause
