Excuse me, I need to print the records header at all pages, but at second page and so on , I need to shift it down . because the paper I use for printing this letter is already have a headings with the company name on it.
Can you post basic sample of the Database without the ActiveX control?
Active X controls need references installed on each individual target computer.
If not, an error will be generated, and the report will not display.
(see attached screenshot)
Also it is not clear how you are determining the "maximum number of records at a the previous page"
Since there only appear to be 19 records, ...but only 3 are "Full" records...?

Hello JeffCoachman
Can you post basic sample of the Database without the ActiveX control?I think this err occur because of my version is Arabic. I notice that this err happen to me when distribute my apps on English versions of windows or office.
But the English version will work appropriate to Arabic version .
Also it is not clear how you are determining the "maximum number of records at a the previous page"Actually I leave MS Access determines the max recs. At a page.
