To ensure it only prints on the first page, use the report header not the page header.

It looks like these controls are based plain text, not dependent on table fields.  If so, the report header should work for you.

Can you post basic sample of the Database without the ActiveX control?
Active X controls need references installed on each individual target computer.
If not, an error will be generated, and the report will not display.
(see attached screenshot)
Also it is not clear how you are determining the "maximum number of records at a the previous page"
Since there only appear to be 19 records, ...but only 3 are "Full" records...?

Hello JeffCoachman
Can you post basic sample of the Database without the ActiveX control?I think this err occur because of my version is Arabic. I notice that this err happen to me when distribute my apps on English versions of windows or office.
But the English version will work appropriate to Arabic version .
Also it is not clear how you are determining the "maximum number of records at a the previous page"Actually I leave MS Access determines the max recs. At a page.

Also , your "Max Records" seems to be set by the available size of the paper, and is not a hardcoded value.
This makes things trickier because if the report is ever redesigned, the number of records that will fit will change.
If the paper size is ever changed, this may be an issue as well.
...just FYI...

Like mbizup, I always like to deal with issues like this by first seeing if I can move things around in the sections.
There are many section options available that may get you what you want.

For example, since this is a report of only a "Specific" Ticket, then it appears that you can change the grouping to "AccountNo" (which is the same for every record), then your request is easy to accomplish, because if there are no more records, the Group header will not appear.
