"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Open up IIS Manager (should be in the control panel). From there right click on the default Web Site and go to add application. Type whatever alias you want and put it in the appropriate application pool (if the app is .net 4 make sure it's in a 4.0 application pool) and then make the Physical Path point to where you have the code at. Once that's done you can go to http://localhost/alias.

Do i create a new folder where i keep the DLL and config file?
No you shouldn't have to create any new folders, just point it to the location that you have all the code and those folders should already exist.
