Outlook 2003 Contacts via Outlook 2010

I created a Windows 7 Easy Transfer file on a computer with a user's profile.  The computer was running Windows XP and Office 2003.  The new computer where the .MIG file was restored is now running Office 2010 and Windows 7.  The user claims that she is unable to view previous contacts - outlook address books.  I have searched for these contacts and cannot find them.  Any ideas?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Was outlook running locally with a PST file or was it connected to an exchange server?

Was it in her default contacts folder, or in another folder?  Check folder view in outlook for any other contacts folders.
