Dell E-mails being blocked by Exchange 2003 IMF filter

Exchange 2003 server IMF Intelligent Message Filtering is blocking legitimate e-mails from Dell Account Assitance at the following e-mail addresses:
f70723$ovj5kh@ausc60pc101.us.dell.com
f70723$ovj4b2@ausc60pc101.us.dell.com

The message tracking center shows it as SMTP: message archived by IMF and SMTP: message deleted by IMF

How do I add the dell domain to the exclusion list and to permit these e-mails.  I don't want to alter the IMF settings where are currently set to Block messages with SCL greater than 7 and Archive and Store Junk E-mail Configuration greater than 6.

Thank you.  I added the entire IP range for the Dell domain that was coming up under DNS lookups, which actually ended up being a 255.255.0.0 subnet.  All is working fine now.
