I'm trying to get a dropdownlist to work inside a gridview. It's the only field in the gridview that will be editable by the user. I want to show the current value in the drop down, but when the drop[down list is clicked show the other avalable values. The user can then select one then click a button within the grid to update the record. The bitton and drop down list is available in each record in the the gridview. Any suggestions? I;m using asp.net/C# with a simple Access database backend.
