1) is there a print option anywhere to "print as image"? I'd try that first, it'll send the document as 1 big picture and not try to interpret the elements.

2) in your printer list, choose the pdfcreator printer, right click, properties, click the printing preferences button, then the advanced button. there are settings in there.
I would up the DPI value, maybe change the ICM intent to "graphics"
I'm not sure what "ICM method" is for but it seems to be defaulted to disabled. Maybe try the different options under that.

I would try the following:
1. Check to see if there is any difference with Mozilla and Firefox.
2. You should also try other pdf creators (like Novo PDF, etc)

Answer: I tried all the options, but still also the same !

Abhitriq,

I tried both Mozilla & Internet Explorer .. both the same result.
I tried also to install another Pdf Creator like Novo PDF And PDF 995 , but again the same result.

Please advise

do the bars come out if you physically print a copy?

I'm thinking maybe the bar elements may not be set to print. The "print element" property may not be ticked or something similar.
