How to send a file via FTP using SQL Server 2000 scheduled jobs?

I'm using SQL Server 2000 SP3, and I would like to schedule a job to send a text file via FTP.  Is this possible?  If so, how would I accomplish this?

I'd like to do so, without having to install any 3rd party add-ons, if possible.

Thanks!

Here is an example http://haacked.com/archive/2006/04/22/sqlcreateajobtobackupandftpyourdatabase.aspx.  Hopefully this is what you are looking for.  If not then you may have to use a data transformation service.

Yes, I found that on Google as well.  I read the comments on that and a few people were saying that they didn't have the stored procedure or that it didn't work.  I'll give it a try and see how it works.

Any other information is greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link, contains the code I need to basically just copy/paste!  Being that I'm not a SQL guy by any means, this saves me a lot of time.

thank you.
