access 2007 build a list from multiple fields for use in combo box

hi all,

i have five fields in a table:

subject1
subject2
subject3
subject4
subject5

i'd like the user to be able to choose from these fields using a combo box on a completly different form.

i thought i could do something like this but this seem to only show the top most data, i.e. QASubjectTo1Default so i was thinking maybe the result need to be put into a list of some sort before attempting to display them in a drop down combo ??

SELECT tblQA_Defaults.QASubjectTo1Default, tblQA_Defaults.QASubjectTo2Default, tblQA_Defaults.QASubjectTo3Default, tblQA_Defaults.QASubjectTo4Default, tblQA_Defaults.QASubjectTo5Default FROM tblQA_Defaults;

many thanks
zac

can you try doing this, see if this gives the result that you want

SELECT QASubjectTo1Default From  tblQA_Defaults
union
SELECT QASubjectTo2Default From  tblQA_Defaults
union
SELECT QASubjectTo3Default From  tblQA_Defaults
union
SELECT QASubjectTo4Default From  tblQA_Defaults
union
SELECT QASubjectTo5Default From  tblQA_Defaults
