Moving local profiles to other disk/partition windows 2008 Terminal server

Hello

We have a Windows 2008 Server used as terminal server, The local hard disk is only 60 gb.
Whit the local store of programs and user profiles the disk keeps running out of space.

Biggest problem is the user profile store. I know we can free up some space whit redirecting folders or lots of policies to limit the grow of the local proflles. But even whit this configured we had some capicity related problems (nice program clled drop box).

And whit the comming of more  (temporarly) users on this terminal server, it seems like te best option to add 2 new disks and move the user profile store to this disk.

i'f read som articles to change the location but its mostly based on new installs of a windows 2k8 server.
Also read about creating junction points. but not sure of thatas the bet way to do it.

So and tips or trick on this are welcome.

Thanks

Thank u Murali

but the link u posted is moving profiles between servers, we where searching vor moving it to antoher disk.

Any way, after some research we decided don't do a move to antoher disk cause of possible issues that can occure.

We made a full backup and restored the server to a bigger disk.

Thx anyway.
