Does anyone know how or can point me to a resource to set up NetFlow on a Cisco 2800 router?

Thanks in advance.

Tried it, but it won't connect.
First you need to configure snmp:
Router(config)#snmp-server community password RO

Next you need to get into the interface you want to gather netflow statistics from and add the following:
Router(config)#int fa0/0
Router(config-if)# ip route-cache flow
Router(config-if)#exit

Now enter the following commands:

ip flow-export source FastEthernet0/0
ip flow-export version 5 origin-as
ip flow-export destination 1.1.1.1 2055 (This is the IP of your netflow collector)

Let me know how you make out.

If you are trying to add the netflow collector to Solarwinds, you will need the SNMP.  However, SNMP has nothing to do with the Netflow process itself.   Denvers configs are right, however most newer IOS devices will change the ip route-cache flow to "ip flow ingress".  Also, if you are using solarwinds, the default port is as Denver has it, 2055.  You will need to put that in, or the port you have yours set on.

ip flow-cache timeout active 1
ip flow-export source GigabitEthernet0/0
ip flow-export version 5
ip flow-export destination 192.168.150.200 2055
