SQL Formula Error

I have created the following, but it says there is a ) missing, cannot see how to fix this

({WOEQLIST.LOCATION} = {?Pm-?Factory}) and
(({WOEQLIST.UD3} = "Yes") or
({WO.WOTYPE} = 'WRF' and {WOEQLIST.UD3} is not 'Resolved'))

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

FWIW, the problem with your original formula was "is not".  Those are both recognized keywords, individually, but "is not" is not a valid test.  That should have been {WOEQLIST.UD3} <> 'Resolved'.
