Broadcast IP based Cameras to web server via webserver.

I’m looking for a way to take a few (16) IP based cameras and broadcast them to a webserver. I know IP based cameras are limited to the amount of people that can access them at one time. So I would like to have the IP based cameras stream to a webserver and have the webserver push the video out to a website.

I have unlimited bandwidth

Is there any type of Microsoft services or open source software that can do that?

It seems to be a popular thing for open-air bars and restaurants (most of them are closed at this writing) so maybe someone at a local watering hole can help.

you might want to look at the dlink viewcam software http://www.dlink.com/products/?pid=DCS-5300&tab=3
I think the Salty Dog uses EvoCam software.  Not sure what their hardware config might be.

Unless you are running mac osx 10.6 or later then the evological software is not for you.
