How can I deactivate Adobe 9 Standard if the "Deactivate" option under the Help menu is grayed out (see the screenshot)?

I have an employee who just installed and activated this Adobe 9 Standard software on a Windows 7 Pro computer.

We need to deactivate Adobe 9 Standard on this Windows 7 Pro computer so that we can activate it on a different Windows 7 Pro computer.

So, how can I deactivate Adobe 9 Standard if the "Deactivate" option under the Help menu is grayed out?

Also, is the option still greyed out when logged in as administrator?

Yes, I am logged on as an administrator and the deactivate option is still grayed out.

I have also rebooted the computer, have installed all of the Adobe updates and have rebooted, but the deactivate option still remains grayed out.
