Server 2008 R2 DHCP Server Partial MAC address Filter
I am using Microsoft Server 2008 R2 DHCP server role and have a pre-built scope. I am going to be installing linked clone vmware view desktops and want only my view desktops to grab DHCP not an existing physical machins or hardware... So i though I would just expand the scope and add a MAC filter in saying
If the MAC has the first 4 out of 6 the same as 00:11:bb:22:**:** ; then assign if not, don't.
No such luck. Can anyone explain where I can set this up using Server 2008 R2?
Thanks in advance
